1. Project Introduction
According to the Document No. 1378 of the Ministry of Water Resources Office's Water and Electricity Letter [2019] "Requirements for the Technical Guidance of the Ecological Flow Supervision Platform for Small Hydropower Stations", our company completed the ecological flow monitoring construction of 65 small hydropower stations in Chengkou County, Chongqing in November, and deployed ecological flow management system, to promote the water conservancy bureau's supervision of the ecological drainage of hydropower stations, and to ensure the protection of the downstream ecological water environment. At the same time, the data will be shared with the Chongqing Municipal Supervision Platform to provide a basis for the layout of Chongqing's "digital water conservancy" big data.

2. System function
(1) The system realizes 24-hour uninterrupted image transmission;
(2) Image data and leaked traffic data are stored in a timely manner, and backup of other media is supported;
(3) With powerful user/authority management functions, it can carry out rich authority allocation management. Each function of users and monitoring points can be specifically refined;
(4) Implement 24-hour monitoring on the monitoring point of the discharge flow outlet, and the system can operate stably and reliably for a long time;
(5) The monitoring center platform is easy to operate and includes electronic map function;
(6) The monitoring equipment has mature technology, high stability, comprehensive functions, simple operation, and excellent cost performance;
(7) The system supports smooth upgrade, expansion and intelligent transformation;
(8) The management and related personnel are clearly graded, and they can watch the real-time traffic data monitoring and reports of all sites through corresponding permissions, and present corresponding monitoring videos/images at the same time.
